Failed to Initialize

I get this error when attempting to run executable. What am I doing wrong?

Any help on what I could be doing wrong? Do I need to do something besides unzip and run the .exe?

redownload it and try it again. if you have a mac it wont work at all but ya mine is working just fine for me so i dont know why you may get that message. but that is the best i can think of

Same problem here - "Application failed to initialize (0xc0000135)."

I try both packages (from rs and mediafire) and both shows this error msg

Using XP Home SP3

Is your .Net Framework fully updated? if you don't have version 2.0 or above (I believe it was) then it won't work.

I've MS Framework 2.0 installed, but just realize that I'm lacking any Service Pack for this... Oooops
Time to visit good ol' Windows Update Center and download some stuff.


EDIT after some downloading:
Grabbed MS FW3.5, installed it, and all is working like a charm!
