Buildings and ranking up

while I like the idea of needing new buildings to rank up your girls from the original game, I have to say the version I've been playing (SimBro_Release_v2.1.4_100131_TEST1) The system of having them to be in a minimum house to rank up is very annoying. it has become a pain to continually switch my characters from one house to another l have them rank up and then move them around some more. This is particularly true when you have 60-100 and are constantly switching them around so they can rank up. So since I just recently found both this game and the original I was wondering why you changed the ranking up system from the original game (which I personally liked).

I'd like any reply from the developers on why they chose this system over the original one. And thank you for a great game.
