hi, you can call me kip
i would very much like to help make this project a completed game.
my skills are writing and design with a slight background in sound and html
i have also almost finished my associates degree in game design

i am apart of the development group Deepend Swimmers which is in the process of making the most extensive skyrim mod to date. i worked on skript, sound (voice actors), and a dungeon. the reason the mod is not already out is because the team has mostly fallen apart leaving only 4 of us still working on it.

besides that i am also leading the development teams of two other games. one is a learning game made with flash, the other is an mmo that will be programmed with html5.

i found the first hentai sim brothel years ago and still enjoy playing it from time to time. i just recently found out about the development of the second, and downloaded the tutorial.
needless to say i was very disappointed. maybe i am just missing something but i can't seem to figure out how to advance in the plot or how to even win a fight.

my time may be limited, but whatever is left of it i would like to devote to this game and make it a reality.
please let me know if i can be of any help.

deciding a day for everyone to talk and work will get things done faster. its not that we can't work on other days, its just that we need to be working or discussing on that day.

if we just work whenever and only talk on the forum the conversations will be stretched out over a longer period of time.

another thing we need is a development plan.

i have already made a dropbox account with a folder for our development. please make a dropbox (google it if you don't know what it is) and give me the email or something so that i can invite you to the folder.

let me know if I'm overstepping my bounds since i haven't actually been invited to join the development team yet...but i really want to be apart of this and make it happen.

so now i actually went through pages 2 and 3 and read those and found OverHao's other post of what his details are so far. i'm going to go ahead and put together a plan on what needs to be done and work on some ideas as well, i'll try to get back to you in the next 5 hours but if i can't i will tomorrow about this time

wasn't sure which one to post this on but here are some of my thoughts on it

Add a level for the player and the girls (most players enjoy leveling up, have level +titles every few levels)

Have the customers apart of the community (mayor, banker, body guards, homeless man, etc)

Have the option to hire someone to get the supplies

Yakuza want payments, so you have 10 days to come up with a certain amount, then another 10 for the next and so on till you eventually have to beat them to not pay anymore (maybe you refuse to pay and they say you’ll be sorry and they come back that night)

Could have fights in the brothel? Maybe there is a chance of having a customer that wants to fight every night determined by how upscale the brothel is but it never reaching a 0% chance. This would give the game combat and it would make sense.

What time period is it in? (very important) since the first one seems to be a little older we could have a grandma skud in this game as competition for the player once they get popular enough.

Have a upgrade it yourself option for the brothel, or a pay someone else to do it option

Have the girls able to go to school or do activities (like making a ceremony) and when you send them to bondage class bondage images start to pop up (idk how in depth we wanna go with this but we could actually have the player have to buy items for them to show up in the images like a ball gag, rope, sex swing, dildo, etc)

Could also have an option that the girls put on a masturbation show or something as well (more customers, less money per customer)

We could also have more abilities than the first game and have the girls get ability points when they level up.

For each girl have stats:
Charisma: effects customer happiness
Strength
Endurance: effects number of customers a girl can handle in one night
Health: how long a girl can do stuff without resting
vaginal: effects customer happiness
oral: effects customer happiness
Anal: effects customer happiness
Libido: how many guys a girl can handle at a time
Joy: effects how much experience a girl will get and how often she will run away
Reputation: effects how many customers will come to the brothel
Character: how much a girl will want to work for you, or how high a level the player must be to get her to work for them, or both
(most were taken from simbro 1)

Also places I think we should have are:
Bar
Restaurants
Super market
Black market
River (to get water)
City hall
Bank
Other brothel locations
We should have more but I can’t think of any right now
And be able to advertise at some of the locations

here's a update of some places i think the player should be able to visit:

bars (at least 2)
restaurants (at least 2)
super market (1)
black market (1)
bank (1)
city hall (1) real-estate office (1)
school/college (1)
factories (at least 2)
bowling ally/roller rink (1)
park (has river?)/amusement park (1)
casino (1)
beach (1)
library (1)

with the least amount total that's 17 places
i think this would cover all of our needs for random encounters and such, please if you can think of more post them


some locations for your brothel would be:
shack in the woods
rundown building in slums
nice neighborhood
downtown location
mansion
skyscraper

i would like there to be at least 2 different options for the highest end buildings and more for the lower ones to give some variety.
and of course they all can be upgraded

fell free to criticize or add more ideas to the pot


btw i realized that we can't have a development plan until we know everything that we are doing (total slap head, duuuh moment)

hey I'm back ! :-P

I have hacked away on my c# prototype and I hope to post a version during the month of september, this would just be to illustrate what can be done easily.

I also made a list of things which look important to the players, which we should try to implement :

player motivation !

- score : save high score, hall of fame (developper)
- achievements/missions : save achievements on a hall of fame page (developper, storyteller)
- story : keep story entertaining (storyteller)
- original content (designer)
- pretty graphics with animations etc (designer)
- Porn with Girls, unlocking with game progress (developper)
- hidden secrets/special items/ hard to get Girls (developper)
- customization : allow import of user created content, customize brothel looks, employee (girls, guards, etc ) looks (designer, developper)
- difficulty : too easy or too hard is not good, allow setting of a difficulty level, balance the game (developper, betatester)

i agree with randomito
score is a great idea becuase it will give players something once they beat the game
the achievements would give them something to aim for during the game
a good story is always a good idea Very Happy
graphics are good
not sure what porn with girls is talking about
i love easter eggs
customization is a great idea (maybe have a stat point alocation at the character creation menu so that you can play the game differently every time)
difficulty could be adjusted by how much debt you must pay back to the yakuza

its good to not be the only one posting on the forum anymore Laughing

but i think we should clear up some terms
the way i learned it there are three main parts to any game and all are equally important:
artist
programmer
and designer

and then there are sub categories like writer, sound director, ect.
not that people can't be more than one

so when you say developer do you mean programmer? i was just a little confused

porn with girls : what I meant is that the player can not see all images of a girl at once. At the beginning he could for example just see her nude and, as he progresses, he can see her giving blowjob, then having sex, etc ...

ah yes i completely agree with the porn with girls thing then, like i said before if you send the girl to a bondage class then maybe those images start poping up or if you buy a dungeon or something

i didn't know that Overhao was making his own characters, thats pretty awesome.
but i think some of the people like the idea of seeing girls from their favorite anime/manga/game and i wonder how many people would actually import their own? personally i'd find it way to tedious and just play the regular game

look at what happened on SIBR1x, people immediately started creating GPAC files with their favorite girls and the most popular is the pornstar pack (so nothing even to do with anime/manga)

I think we should stay with the anime/style but not go as far as to include magic and such things as it would not fit well with other style characters other players might want to include. Just my opinion :-)

WOW man ... you have written so much that I'm struggling to read all
however I finaly end with my damn summer job and now I can be online more or less every day... now I will read and elaborate calmly all the ideas you proposed... the game time period will be a medieval fantasy (essentially with readapted technology) therefore more than a skyscraper would say a castle or a mansion... thanks for all the ideas I immediately start to work

randomito as far as the girls go, idc really, whatever you guys want is ok with me, i just want to help make the game better than the first as far as design goes.

i still think we should link it to the first game by having skud/urd in it as a rival

or maybe she visits you when your big and congratulates you on doing well or something

but if we have her as a rival we could say that if the girl is unhappy enough she will go to skud and ask to work there, and we could go to skud and ask to buy a girl or sell a girl

However we can link this game to the first but I want a more story coherent link :for exemple skud/urd can be summoned by the rival to manage his brothel... anyway we have time to think a better link between the two games

Just reading up on the new project and it sounds good so far. I'd like to help if I could. While I'm a capable programmer in general I only really know the basics of python so I would be best for test in that section. I can also write fiction decently so if you need any help with that I could do it. Like maybe writing out events or just giving more variety to the different responses in the game.

Any rate I'm here to help if you need it.

well so far we haven't gotten anywhere. we've been throwing around ideas but nothing is definite.

I would like to set up a meeting with the people that are going to be working on it. i'm in eastern time zone and i don't know what other ppl are in or what times work for them but can we agree on say thursday? let me know what times work for you all. mainly we need overhao there so any time he is available we should aim for that.

i'd like to do it on skype or something just so that it's easier.
as i've said before i think we need to communicate more than just on a forum.

1 - my english speaking skill was embarrassing XD
2 - What happened to the programmers?
