What you have to do is someone has to earn the given rank within the timeframe. For instance, if a gal went all the way to level 5(+) from level 1, that would meet your current requirements.

Girls that are already at the level (or higher) don't qualify for this mission, as they had earned it ahead of time, in much way an employer won't congratulate you for a degree you already earned.

It doesn't look the game "remembers" your preferences. If you mute or max the games volume, and than reopen the program, it goes back to the default.

Well you just have to press the "end day" button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Maybe you'll have to adjust the size of tour window i don't know X)

If I make a suggestion for the next update.

Since nobody seems to be reporting new bugs or issues, I would recommend working on the Demographic Reports and other features that have not yet been implemented.

so, i played version 974a in hardest mode until i had 7000000 money to repay back (that was in day 274). here are some things/bugs i have noticed (don't know if they are already fixed for this version):

when you have more than 25 girls, every girl after 25th is always of full END-HAP-HYG (even if customer rented dungeon for her, she recovers right away).

advertisment on high level buildings (from hotel and higher) are never on maximum, even though everything is turned on, and girls are adveritsing, and some special projects are done.

also, i would suggest adding one more bulding on the top of the range... like a cruiser with 40 rooms

and on the note of specials, I think the Juicy special needs to be moved somewhere else. to have to pay 8 specials in all for something that only comes into play once in a while is never going to balance out.

You can also directly edit your saveX.dat to modify the buildings without having to start your game from zero, but it's a lot more tedious.

Basically, once you open the dat (say, save1.dat if that's the one you're using) with Notepad, you get an impressive wall of numbers.
Use F3 (search) to locate the building using its number and his price:
So, the shack being the first building and its price being 300$, enter 1,300 in the search menu. Following that logic, the tree house can be located with 2,800.
Once you've got it, use the right arrow to progress on that line until you find {X,Y}, X being the current number of bedrooms available out of a maximum of Y rooms.
It can take a while, but it's hard to miss (since the other {...} are fricking huge and this one is so small; plus, you know what X and Y to expect).
Edit X and Y to what you want, save and close the dat.

I bet with a little patience we could figure out exactly what's what and hack the game, but that would spoil the game so I'll just stick to making the first 7 houses just a little bigger.

I'd argue that in court. Sex lessons can actually be very helpful either after a character has already leveled up extensivly or B when you acquire alot of AP's per day.

getting rank 5 in handjob would only take you 6 days (assuming you have the Helicopter). There is simply no way that you can earn that many tokens that quickly normally.

As for the cost per the lesson, that's dependant on the type of sex that you're training. the costs are 40/50/60/80/100 to start, and each subsequent level costs an extra 50% of that first level (so, 50,75,90,120,150, and so on). What I usually find myself doing with girls that I want to max out for sex is using tokens for Anal and Fetish early on, and use Sex Training for Handjob through Vaginal.

There are Specials that already do this under Talents. While it is slightly more inconvenient that you have to pay for what was once free, the upshot is that now any girl can have these abilities. If all you want is a building of big breasted sluts, you can do that and still get benefits like Tidy or Nurse, or whatever.

Getting back to the specials discussion, and in regards to Juicy as previously mentioned, I think a proper replacement to Juicy would be to reduce the Sex Weariness cost by 1 for all sex acts. It makes sense with its placement (after you're trained in all five sex acts, it won't wear you down as fast), and can actually be worth the 2 specials needed. If you have a low libido girl or are using sex training for anal or fetish, the reduced cost can be quite benefficial.

I agree... once you've got the car (10 AP per day) or better, you can build up a new girl in almost no time. I usually send a new girl to school the first couple weeks anyway to build up some fast experience, and combined with 10 sex lessons a day I can really build up a girl before I send her out prostituting... or whatever her job might be.
